Scott arrived on time, identified himself, was professional & very knowledgable of our needed repairs. I had a terrible experience with another company. Scott absolutely "renewed" my trust in plumbers! He actually apologized for the previous bad experience (which the other place NEVER did)! & told me not to worry any more! Sewer line backed up on a Saturday. Unfortunately not a new problem for us but new to Rocksteady. Lance was on it, cleared the blockage and made the extra effort to drop a camera down, which revealed a problem that was not identified by a different company. Fingers crossed that this could be it - I'll have them back out to further inspect and fix. Being a Saturday with an overtime charge, Lance was very respectful of his time to keep the charge to a min. That alone deserves a big thumbs up.
