Scott arrived on time, identified himself, was professional & very knowledgable of our needed repairs. I had a terrible experience with another company. Scott absolutely "renewed" my trust in plumbers! He actually apologized for the previous bad experience (which the other place NEVER did)! & told me not to worry any more! Arrived at the job to find a toilet chirping like a canary. We were able to locate the problem in a fill valve so we pulled the old one and installed the new one and got rid of the canary sound another satisfied customer
I arrived at the job to find a tank to bowl that was leaking. The nuts on the bowl were just super loose, but we found that the farewell and flapper needed to be changed and the customer wanted to install a new toilet seat.
I arrived at the job to find the gas regulator on the outside barbecue was bad. We installed a customer supplied gas regulator and tested the unit up to 500°. Everything is working great. We also did a bubble test to make sure there were no leaks another happy customer.

Arrived at the job to find water on the base of the toilet this was a wood floor so kind of a big deal. When I inspected the toilet, I found the bolts and nuts from the tank to bowl were leaking. They look to be in good condition so I turned it down and fix the problem

Installation of a thermostatic shower cartridge. This was done in the master bathroom. We tested it with a thermometer. There is no leaks and is working great.

Came out to a house to find hot water, pushing back into the cold side and vice versa. Homer doesn’t want to take care of the issue at this time. She is having the people that installed the water softener. Also come back to put back to its original spot because of a hard water issue with the hose bibs.
